Nicole made Colorado Springs home in 2018 and brings over 9 years of experience in the dental field. With a strong background in dental insurance and patient care, she’s a go-to resource for helping patients navigate their benefits with ease. Her organization, knowledge, and warm approach make her an essential part of our front office team.

When she’s not welcoming patients with a smile, you’ll find Nicole breaking a sweat at CrossFit, enjoying live concerts, or spending quality time with her family. Her newest adventure? Raising her sweet and spirited puppy, Scarlett, who has quickly become the star of the household.

Erika was born and raised in Oregon and most recently relocated from Phoenix, Arizona to Colorado in 2024. Shortly after arriving, she joined the Cheyenne Mountain Dental team, bringing with her four years of administrative experience and a strong dedication to patient care and support. Erika is known for her reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to creating a positive experience for every patient. Her background in the dental field has helped her develop strong skills in insurance coordination, treatment planning, and problem-solving, all while maintaining a warm and professional demeanor. Outside of work, Erika enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, reading and exploring with her three dogs. She is proud to call Colorado home and is eager to grow both personally and professionally as part of the local community.

Barbara has been a Dental Assistant since 1986. She is a Certified Expanded Duties Dental Assistant which is the dentist’s right arm, taking significant responsibility as a member of the dental health care team. An EDDA greatly increases the efficiency of the dentist in delivering optimal oral health care.

Barbara knew from a very young age that this was what she wanted to do with her life. So, she set her goals and participated in what was then called the AVP (Area Vocational Program) while still a senior at Widefield High School and received her Associates Degree the following year upon graduation. Barbara enjoys being able to put smiles back on people’s faces, giving them an extra pep of confidence. Barbara enjoys spending time with her husband and her dogs, as well as spending quality time on her back deck listening to nature and taking in all the beautiful flowers in her garden.
